RehaAktiv
People with health limitations who wish to return to work and can no longer pursue their previous profession for health reasons need specific support in their career reorientation.
This is where Reha Aktiv comes in. Reha Aktiv is a program that focuses on integration into the primary labor market. Key features include a high degree of individualization, flexibility, and close ties to businesses. Participants go through phases of orientation, training, and qualification.
An interdisciplinary team [social workers, psychologists and lecturers] accompanies the participants individually during the program and provides them with advice and support.
Target audience
- People with mental and/or physical health limitations who do not require the skills of an inpatient rehabilitation facility for successful vocational integration
- People who require comprehensive medical, psychosocial and professional support for their professional integration in order to open up or maintain their job market opportunities
