Preparation module [8 weeks]

This module is designed to support participants in securing a training or retraining placement. This goal is achieved through appropriate preparation, refresher training, competency assessment, key skills training, and internships.

It lasts 8 weeks and usually takes place prior to the in-company training/retraining [June each year].

Entry-level module [6 months]

The module begins with the start of the in-company training/retraining program and includes support during the initial induction phase. It is based on the development of an individual development plan, which is supplemented by a detailed profile of the participants' strengths and weaknesses.

“Support” module

After a successful start, participants receive individualized, needs-based support and training. Support and remedial classes are offered alongside vocational school.

Examination module [6 months]

The goal is to optimally prepare participants for the written and oral exams, parallel to their ongoing training/retraining. We also offer support and assistance with job applications.

If the exam is not passed, the measure may be extended.

“Intensive module”

This module is designed to address a crisis during training/retraining. Its goal is to prevent dropout through intensive support.

Duration & Course

Entry is possible before or during the company training/retraining.

The overall measure depends on the training/retraining period [36/24 months].

Financial support

Costs covered by, among others, the German pension insurance, professional associations, the Federal Employment Agency, etc.
