The participants typically have a learning disability, sensory disability, physical disability, chronic illness and/or mental disability.
Participation requires approval from the responsible rehabilitation cost bearer.

Module “Preparation” [8 weeks]
This module aims to support participants in securing an apprenticeship or retraining placement. This goal will be achieved through appropriate preparation, refreshing academic knowledge, a skills assessment, training in key competencies, and internships.
It lasts 8 weeks and usually takes place in advance of the company training/retraining [June of each year].
"Introduction" module [6 months]
The module begins with the start of on-the-job training/retraining and includes support during the onboarding process. It is based on the development of an individual support plan, which is supplemented by a detailed strengths and weaknesses profile of the participants.
Module “Accompanying”
Following a successful start, participants receive individualized, needs-based support and training. Remedial and supplementary instruction takes place alongside vocational school.
Module “Examination” [6 months]
The aim is to optimally prepare participants for the written and oral exams alongside their ongoing training/retraining. We also offer support and assistance with job applications.
If the exam is failed, the measure may be extended.
“Intensive Care Module”
This module intervenes during training/retraining at a point of "crisis". The aim is to prevent dropout through intensive support.
Duration & Course
Entry is possible before or during company-based training/retraining.
The overall measure depends on the training/retraining period [36/24 months].
Financial support
Costs are covered by, among others, the German Pension Insurance, employers' liability insurance associations, the Federal Employment Agency, etc.
