Reha Pro is a two-week diagnostic program aimed at people who can no longer work for health reasons. We support
We will help you find a path tailored to your needs and abilities that will enable you to return to work.
Target group
The offer is aimed at recognized rehabilitation patients and people with [threatened] disabilities who can no longer practice their previous profession.
Goals
The aim is to clarify your current professional suitability and to develop and concretise a new job perspective, e.g. in the context of retraining.
Content & Services
Phase I [Group suitability assessment]
• Determination of skills, knowledge, experience
• Determination of the current performance level
• Assessment of social skills
• Recording personal interests and inclinations
• Examination of physical and psychological limitations
• Career advice and information
Phase II [practical trials]
• Practical assessment of job-specific skills
• Checking the conformity of personal
Talents and expectations on the one hand and the
concrete professional requirements on the other hand
• If necessary, first practical test in the target profession
If necessary, an extensive practical internship can follow.
On this basis, a recommendation for possible promising rehabilitation goals/steps will be developed and documented. This will take into account both your individual
Wishes and inclinations as well as the current labor market situation are taken into account.
Duration & Course
The diagnostic procedure lasts two weeks and is carried out full-time.

The prerequisite for participation in Reha Pro is the approval of the responsible rehabilitation funding body [e.g. DRV Bund, DRV Rheinland-Pfalz, DRV Knappschaft Bahn-See, professional associations]
