Reha Pro is a two-week diagnostic program for people who can no longer work due to health reasons. We support
to help you find a path tailored to your needs and abilities that will allow you to return to work.

Target audience

The offer is aimed at recognized rehabilitation patients and people with [impending] disabilities who can no longer pursue their previous profession.

Goals

The aim is to clarify your current professional suitability and to develop and specify a new job perspective, e.g. within the framework of retraining.

Content & Services

Phase I [Suitability assessment in the group]

• Identification of skills, knowledge, and experience
• Determination of current performance level
• Assessment of social skills
• Recording personal interests and preferences
• Examination for physical and mental limitations
• Career advice and information

Phase II [practice-related trials]

• Practical assessment of job-specific skills
• Verification of the consistency of personal
Talents and expectations on the one hand, and the
specific professional requirements on the other hand
• Possibly initial practical experience in the target profession

If necessary, an extensive practical work placement can follow.

Based on this, a recommendation for potentially promising rehabilitation goals/steps is developed and documented. This takes into account both your individual needs and circumstances.
Wishes and preferences as well as the current labor market situation are taken into account.

Duration & Course

The diagnostic procedure lasts two weeks and is carried out full-time.

Financial support

Participation in Reha Pro requires approval from the responsible rehabilitation cost bearer [e.g., German Pension Insurance Federation, German Pension Insurance Rhineland-Palatinate, German Pension Insurance Knappschaft Bahn-See, employers' liability insurance associations]
