Vocational training in external institutions

Vocational training in external institutions (BaE) enables adolescents and young adults to begin a suitable vocational training program and, if necessary, supports them until completion. Practical training takes place in partner companies authorized to provide training. The BWRW, as the training provider, acquires these companies and offers support and remedial instruction as well as socio-educational support.

Target group

The program is aimed at socially disadvantaged and learning-disabled young people who wish to undertake vocational training.

Goals

  • Commencement or continuation and successful completion of vocational training
  • Ideally, change to in-company training after the 1st or 2nd year of training

Content & Services

  • Search for a suitable cooperation company
  • Overall organizational responsibility and coordination of training content
  • Accompaniment and support in the learning environments of companies and vocational schools
  • Support and remedial teaching in small groups to work through vocational school material and existing knowledge gaps
  • Socio-educational support
  • Advice and support for professional and personal problems
  • Training of social and methodological skills
  • Leisure educational offers

Duration & Course

Entry is usually at the beginning of the training year in the summer. The duration is one year, up to the end of the training.

Financial support

The funding is provided by the employment agency and/or the provider of basic social security.
