Content & Services

Module 1: Creating and updating application documents [max. 3 hours]

• Individual creation of application documents [possibly also application flyers]
• Revision and updating of existing application documents
• Provision of the created documents on an electronic storage medium [USB stick]
• Preparing online applications [Scanning documents, certificates, converting to PDF format, creating a sample application]

Each participant receives their individual application documents on a USB stick.

Module 2: Applicant coaching [max. 3 hours]

• Individual applicant coaching
• Preparation for job interviews [possibly with practical case studies]
• Reflection on previous application behavior and application activities
• Development and updating of self-marketing strategies
• Updating and completing the data in the selective applicant profile in VerBIS
• Enabling the participant to use the JOB EXCHANGE independently
