Holistic employment support

Holistic employment support (GbB) provides tailored support to individuals receiving benefits under Section 16e or 16i of the German Social Code (SGB II). Participants are provided with a coach during regular, individually tailored appointments. Coaching can take place at the participant's workplace, on the premises of the BWRW, or at the participant's home, depending on the participant's wishes and needs, in consultation with the company.

Target group

People who are in subsidized employment according to Section 16e or 16i SGB II are eligible to participate.

Goals

The primary goal of the offer is to stabilize employment.

Content & Services

The GbB’s holistic approach concerns the support
in all areas of life. This is achieved through, among other things:

• Involvement of the personal environment
• Organization and implementation of everyday assistance
• Support in accessing municipal integration services
• Cooperation and, if necessary, accompaniment in official procedures
• Help for needy communities in which children live

The GbB takes place alongside employment, i.e. parallel to the participant's supported work. This ensures close contact with both the employer and
to the job center. This approach also enables us to support the company.

Duration & Course

The duration of participation is two years [§ 16e SGB II]

The duration of participation is a maximum of five years [§ 16i SGB II]

Financial support

Simply contact your personal contact at the Koblenz Job Center. Together, we'll improve your chances of finding long-term, successful employment. There are no costs for either the participant or the company. The program is funded by the Koblenz Job Center.
