If you require intensive, specific support, we can assist you, for example, in mastering the challenges of a potential analysis and finding a qualification that matches your skills and needs.
Target audience
The offer is aimed at recognized rehabilitation patients and people with [impending] disabilities who can no longer pursue their previous profession.
Participation in Reha Pro + is recommended for rehabilitation patients who have special support needs [e.g. due to mental impairment; particular severity of illness, particularly long professional inactivity, etc.] and need to be gradually introduced to the testing and performance situations of an aptitude assessment.
Goals
The aim of the measure is to thoroughly assess current professional suitability and to develop and specify a professional perspective in a new professional field.
Content & Services
Phase 1 [two-week preparation]
• Learning stress management and self-management techniques
• Gradual introduction to test situations
• Refreshing basic knowledge
Phase 2 [Suitability assessment in the group]
• Identification of skills, knowledge, and experience
• Assessment of social skills
• Recording personal interests and motives
• Consideration of physical and psychological barriers
• Career advice and information
Phase 3 [practice-related trials]
• Practical assessment of job-specific skills
• Verification of the consistency of personal
Talents and expectations on the one hand, and the
specific professional requirements on the other hand
• Possibly initial practical experience in the target profession
If necessary, an extensive practical work placement can follow.
Duration & Course
The diagnostic procedure lasts four weeks and is carried out full-time.

Financial support
Participation in Reha Pro+ requires approval from the responsible rehabilitation cost bearer [e.g., German Pension Insurance Federation, German Pension Insurance Rhineland-Palatinate, German Pension Insurance Knappschaft Bahn-See, employers' liability insurance associations]
