The Application Management Plus in Simmern is based on the method of a self-organized "placement agency" and offers you individual coaching and one-on-one consulting.

Target group

The offer is aimed at customers of the Rhein-Hunsrück Jobcenter who want to return to working life.

• Personal advice on all application questions
• Help with the creation or optimization of individual application documents
• Individual applicant training (including motivation and communication training)
• Strengths/weaknesses analysis
• Individual career planning
• Support in evaluating job offers
• Assisted job search/coaching
• Preparation and follow-up of interviews
• Creating an individual applicant profile in the BA JOBBÖRSE
• Use of the job board
• Operational testing in companies

Duration & Course

The program typically lasts six weeks, with two weekly appointments at the BWRW. You will receive individual coaching twice a week (60 minutes each).
