The work of our operational divisions is supported by the central departments of the Bildungswerk der Hessischen Wirtschaft e. V. (Hessian Business Education Association): Digital Services, Policy Issues, Payroll, Human Resources, Quality Management, and Administration & Finance.

Employees

The Bildungswerk der Rheinland-Rheinhessischen Wirtschaft gGmbH (Educational Institute of the Rhineland-Rhine-Hessian Economy) currently employs more than 100 permanent staff and approximately 50 freelancers. The vast majority of them hold degrees in [social] pedagogy, psychology, social sciences, economics, or engineering. Many of them completed in-company training prior to their studies. In addition, there are numerous master craftsmen, technicians, and business administrators. We promote additional qualifications through targeted personnel development.
