YESKO! - Employee Advisory Service
Every company is confronted with sick employees. For example, the number of employees with mental illnesses and back pain is steadily increasing. Other challenges for companies can include substance abuse, workplace conflicts, stress, or employee burnout. All of these characteristics have one thing in common: they lead to reduced work capacity, impaired performance, or extended periods of absence, thus resulting in high costs and lost productivity.

Duration & Course
YESKO is based on two forms of consulting that can complement each other. At a startup event, all employees and managers receive information about the available consulting and support services and a YESKO! card. This card contains, among other things, the necessary contact information.
Contact is usually made by the employee via phone or email. However, it is also possible for a manager to initiate or recommend an initial consultation for an employee. Support can be limited to telephone/web-based counseling or can be provided face-to-face. Regular office hours at the company or consultations by appointment, for example, at a YESKO location, can be used for this purpose. All conversations are confidential but documented.
Documentation/Reporting [Quarterly]:
The following data is statistically recorded and evaluated twice a year. The data is provided to the client anonymously.
- Total number of consultations [by telephone, in person]
- Consultation frequency per case
- Old
- Gender
- Reasons for contacting (divided into personal or workplace problems)
- Evaluations of client surveys
Methods and forms of counseling:
The methods and forms used in consulting correspond to professionally recognized standards, e.g. according to DGSF and the quality certificate issued by Certqua according to the standard DIN ISO 9001:2008 ff.
No manipulative techniques, such as those based on Scientology practices or personality-influencing procedures, are used.
