MONTE

MONTE (Motivate, Orient, Discover New Talents) enables adolescents and young adults to restructure their daily lives and supports them in all aspects of life. Social workers, trainers, art therapists, and psychological counselors are on hand to assist them.

Workshops in the wood, metal, and hotel and catering departments also offer the opportunity to gain career guidance and learn practical skills and theoretical knowledge in various fields under the guidance of experienced instructors. Afterwards, students can gain initial work experience in companies and try out various professions. The entire application process is supported by trained job coaches.

In addition, the creative workshop offers a protected space for personal expression, creative activity and the discovery of individual solution strategies in individual or group settings.

Target group

The service is primarily aimed at adolescents and young adults under 25 years of age who desire intensive, individual support in all life situations, need help with career orientation and are looking for a training or job.

Duration & Course

Entry into MONTE is generally possible at any time after consultation with the Koblenz Job Center. The duration depends on the individual's progress and is initially limited to six months.

Financial support

Funding is provided by the job center of the city of Koblenz.
